These days, we are told the world rotates around "social networking" which seems to be nothing more than using a phone or computer to replace most of what many of us think of as interpersonal relationships. So recently, in an attempt to play along with the new paradigm I sent an open request to 50 random families asking that they write a review of ActonArt on either Google or Yelp. We've never promoted reviews before because "word-of-mouth" advertising has always worked for us. A number of people responded and added reviews to Google or Yelp or both. As it turns out, Yelp decided not to display many of reviews they received, because we had asked people to submit them. Apparently asking is not allowed. We inadvertently corrupted the purity of the review process! I stand humbled in my naivety. However, the people who were good enough to submit those reviews did so willingly and without any arm-twisting on my part. And I believe you should be able to see what they said. So I've added them to a special section below called "Recent Reviews". Please read them knowing that they are genuine and unmodified and I thank the writers for their time and good will.Read more
