By participating in this event I hereby consent to the photographing or video/audio recording of myself (or my child, if applicable) by Southern Art Unlimited, LLC, d/b/a Art by the Glass Studio ("Studio"), and the use of these photographs for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes. I hereby grant and convey unto the Studio all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by the Studio during activities with the Studio, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.
